I am taking yasmin, but would like to find an herbal remedy to help with my depression. I heard that St. Johns Wort may conflict with the effectiveness of my yasmin. Is that true??

YES, saint johns wort DECRESES the effectiveness of brith control pills.

If you are dealing with anxiety or depression, there are antidepressants which can help.

Celexa, zoloft, paxil, and prozac all have GENERIC equivalents, so they are almost as cheap as a botle of herbs.
