yasmine cessation

Hi I am a 34 year old mother of one. My husband and I were ready to begin planning for a second child when I found out that I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. In an effort to help regulate my menstruation cycle my gynecologist started me on Yasmine BC in order to get me back on a 28 day cycle. After this I was scheduled to begin Clomid in order to increase fertility. I took the Yasmine for 4 months as instructed and now here at 4.5 months I am in the 5th day of my 2nd menstrual cycle within the last 28 days. This second period, however, had been unusually heavy and today--day 5 which used to yield just a minuscule amount of bleeding--I am experiencing heavy bleeding, extremely heavy cramping and large blood clots. Its been over three weeks since taking my last active Yasmine BC pill. Should I be concerned?
