I’ve noticed that my cervical lymph nodes have become swollen and tender. I know that they are usually swollen when my immunity decreases. But this time at the same time with swollen nodes I have developed yeast infection. Is there a connection between swollen lymph nodes and yeast infection? This has never happened to me before. I’m 25 years old; I had yeast infections before and am sure that that’s it.

As you said that your lymph nodes got swollen and tender when your immune status decreases, the same thing is with yeast infections. Yeast infection can be reaction on weakened immunity too. Also, lymph nodes are swollen when organism is attacked by inflammation or infection. If I were you I’d visit my gyn and check this. Yeast infections are sometimes pH-dependent, and one glass of yoghurt daily can do a lot to prevent them.
