Hi, I am 23 years old male, and I have white spots on my penis. My girlfriend says it could be yeast infection, but I’m not so sure about that. I never heard that some of my friends had this condition. Is it possible that a male has yeast infection?

Hi, of course yeast infection is possible in male. White spots on the penis could indicate this condition, but it doesn’t have to mean. They could also be genital warts caused by HPV. I had a yeast infection once, and I had white spots under my foreskin. The whole area was itchy and burning. I went to my urologist, and he prescribed me an antifungal cream. I was applying it on my penis for one week, until all the symptoms were gone. Men are luckier than women when it comes to yeast infections, because they can treat it much easier. You have to treat this condition, because you could pass it to your girlfriend. If you had unprotected sex, it is quite possible that she has yeast infection too.
