yellow discharge since i was a child i think?

i have had yellowish green discharge since i was nine (at least i am pretty sure this is when it started although there is a possibility it could have started three years ago). i have never had sex with anyone but my husband, but i gave a friend oral (obviously thats enough) for about five seconds three years ago so i guess it could have started then. but i think i have had it since i was nine. sometimes i get pains in my vagina where it feels like someone is stabbing me with a needle although it usually doest last long. i have dont this since i was eleven and i have found no cause for it. i have had three ob/gyn exams but have never said anything because i believed it to be normal until now. i am 21 years old. i do not have any burning or itching, no painful urinating, i do have pain during sex but it is right at the front of my vagina and and after about 6 seconds i am fine...

any help would be appreciated.
