yellow throat

My son has yellow throat, I swear. I saw it by myself. He was complaining for several days about throat pain. He was almost unable to swallow. When I ask to see, I was astonished. It was yellow! I expected to be red or white, if infected. But no! Have anyone saw something like this?

My daughter had the same problem. She had yellow throat herself. Hers swallowing was painful too. Doctor to whom I have taken her told us that it is throat phlegm. That condition makes throat yellow. It is something about hers stomach. Some liquid is coming back from hers belly and is conceding it. There is a way to cure this but you mast go to hospital.
