I have one problem. I am going to the gym for two months. There are a lot of guys that almost live in the gym. Every each one of them has some kind of advice for me. I can't work normally or concentrate on the exercises. I don't want to change the gym because this is close to me and it is not expensive. What can I do? Your best advice please!

You are not the only person with that problem. People, sometimes, want to help too much. Sometimes they are too pushy. Here how I have solved the same problem last year. I have asked trainer from the gym to help me for a few days. Others have seen that and they have stopped making suggestions, and to those who have been persistent I would just say: "trainer told me to do this way". They will give up soon. That way nobody will be hurt and you will not have to change the gym.
