My son has been diagnosed with lyme and was prescripted zithromax (200mg) for 30 days. The problem is he is vomiting today and has diarrhea. What should we do? I called doctors office, but there is no one to talk to. What should I do. Should I continue giving him Zithromax?

Vomiting and diarrhea are less serious side effects that occur with use of zithromax. You can continue giving him zithromax, but talk to your doctor. There are some more less serious side effects that might occur, like dizziness, fatigue, headache, rash, sensitivity to sun light … |
