Few weeks ago I tested equivicol according to cdc standards. But the specific bands I test positive to are generally seen with Lyme's. So that means really I have Lyme's. At this point I started to be on the Zithromax only at double the normal dosage. I would like if anyone has diagnosed with Lyme’s disease and using Zithromax.

One morning I woke up with slight numbness in the right side of the mouth, something like from novacaine. I felt burning, dry eyes all that day. I haven’t noticed increasing in numbness until the next day. I woke up that day with slight paralysis in the right side of the face and slight headache at the base of the skull. The next day I went to my family doctor who informed me I had Bell's palsy probably brought on by Lyme's Disease. Either the antibiotic failed or I was bitten again, so the doctor has put me on Zithromax for 14 days. He says the BP will not go away until the Lyme's has been defeated. So I am having no treatment for the BP which is a symptom only, then I fight Lyme’s disease with Zithromax. As you can see, I have even worst problem then you. And for basic problem, Lyme’s disease seems to be normal to be on Zintromax. So don’t worry, your doctor prescribed you right medicine, I hope you will be better soon.
