is it possible the abortion pills didnt work? I only bled for say 3 days then no period since as ive had depo this hasnt been a concern till now as I am quite clearly pregnant again sickness sore boobs etc

I had a medical abortion on the 20/6/17, I had the normal heavy bleeding, clots, nausea, hot and cold sweats etc. For a few hours and then settled into heavy period like bleeding until the 26/6/17 when it went light and stopped.
