I was hoping that someone will recommend good acupuncture books. I am very interested in acupuncture. I would like to know everything about pints, meridians and elements in it. Maybe I should mention that I am medicine student and I am planning trip in china soon to visit some practitioners.

acupuncture and migraine relief

Hello. I am a guy 49 years old, and even though I use prescribed medications, I have horrible migraines, and really don't know how to get rid of them. I heard that acupuncture helps. Is it true? I am eager to know how does it work, and to what extent? I don't know what else to try, so why not this.

aromatherapy herbs and spa

My and my friends are supposed to go to a spa centre. I heard that they use some aromatherapy herbs in there. Some are used for relaxation, others for activation of body and mind etc. Because of my herbs allergy I wonder is it OK for me to go there. Should I tell about my allergy?

Nausea after taking too much saw palmetto?

I heard some legend about roses, Cleopatra and her seducing of Marc Antony. According to this story she was using the barge to meet him. That barge was overflowed with rose. Hers intention was to use rose scent as an aphrodisiac. I would like to learn something more about it, so I could try it.
