What if my pain management Dr. tests for suboxone? How long before it is undetectable?

Long story short - ran out of oxycontin/codone early. I go for refill in 4 days. Used leftover suboxone to get by. If (BIG if) pain management dr. tests, how soon should I stop suboxone? Please help. Thanks!

I have a urine test on Thursday around 1130am I took 40mg of methadone on Sunday and my last 10mg at 7pm Sunday.. Will I pass the test? I'm already drinking a lot of water and taking b12 to make my urine stay colored.. I don't take it very often will I be ok?
