I was on Methadone for chronic pain,but had severe allergic reactions,took 6 months and several E.R trips to get some help.I finally found a new doc and she had me drop from 36mg of methadone for 3 days and take 10 mg oxycodone every 12 hours for 3 days and then drop to 15 mg of methadone for 3 days...
