side effects of voltaren 75mg

I was just prescribed voltaren 75mg and it is the first time that I will actually be medicated for my arthritis. Though I probably should have received medication a long while back. What I am worried about are the side effects of voltaren 75mg. Can anyone give me realistic facts about this?
