somedays good and some days not good

hi .iv been taking accutane ,tomorrow will be my 3rd month .some days my acne will look like its clearing up and a few days after its back to normal again .but it is clearing up a bit and im taking 30mg and im 16 im not sure weather to use  a face wash or just to give it a few more months?
