3 weeks on Lexapro withdrawal, I'm feeling anxiety and been off balance when walking

i have been on anti depressants for years and they all made me gain weight.  My friend told me to take Lexapro and you won't gain weight.  When I'm depressed I eat like crazy so hopefully this is true.  Day  3 dry mouth sleepy happy.
