Choleserol level (total) average 120, fatty liver on CT, severe fatigue, Fever of unknown origin over 18 months. Specialists (Infect. Dis, Gasto, PCP, and 2nd opinion PCP) have no answers. ALL labs and tests, other than what I've already listed are normal. PLEASE ADVISE. Thanks
