High WBC and RBC

Hi I've not been very well in the last 2 yrs got really bad fatigue a aching muscles night sweats and just always run down they think I've got and immune disorder . My FBC was done my WBC is 16.2 and my RBC is 16.2 is this bad . My doctor had told me too repeat my bloods in two weeks
