Vasculitis of the arms and legs, they are full of ulcers

I have a very severe type of vasculitis ,My legs and arms are full of ulcers and I don,t like my dr. Ieven have fluid coming out of my legs and it is SO PAINFUL!! Can anyone tell me if they have any of these symptoms and any advice?
