Blood test results - receptionist said I need to have checked it again because hemotology is 124

I've just had bloods taken and I've got to go back in 6 weeks to get them checked again because when I asked why the receptionist said all it said was hemotology 124 can someone tell me what this means thanks

Vasculitis of the arms and legs, they are full of ulcers

​I have a very severe type of vasculitis ,My legs and arms are full of ulcers and I don,t like my dr. Ieven have fluid coming out of my legs and it is SO PAINFUL!! Can anyone tell me if they have any of these symptoms and any advice?

Old hematoma went from my inner thigh down to the back of my knee?

alfa and beta thalassemia - i think we all need to be educated on this subject

I have one of the thalassemia blood disorders I when I mentioned it to my dr she was educated on it and I was the only patient she ever seen in her career with Thalassemia I think we all need to be educated is my opinion
