Do some US hospitals really practice chiropractics openly?

I have been advised to visit chiropractic due to my lower back problems. First, I was skeptic, but many people told me not to worry and assured me there was nothing to be afraid of. I have even heard that some US hospitals practice chiropractics openly. I was wondering if this is really true.

My God, people, is this 21st century or Dark Ages? I hear people talking about their chiropractics and how they helped them. I think that chiropractics are selling nothing but placebo plus massage. You can get this in any beauty salon and it will cost you less. Don’t waste your money anymore!
