Extreme Nipple pain in cold weather.

The nipples are composed of contractual tissue. Cold weather can cause the nipple to contract from the size of a silver dollar to the size of dime in cold trmpretures causing extreme pain. I know what is causing it. My question is, " doe this phonnamina have a name?

Sensitive nipples on 88 years old, self examination showed nothing unusual

I am 88 years old. Suddenly my nipples feel very sensitive.On self examination there is nothing unusual whatsoever. Perhaps the only unusual item is that that normal coloured of the area (pinkish)  immediately around the nipple appears to have disappeared. Clothing absolutely normal.
