Nipple Coming Off??

I'm a 16 year old girl and I'm pretty flat cheated. I'm an A cup in bra sizes. But recently it looks like the inside of my nipple is almost detached. Help?

puss coming out of breasts.

Just the other day, I woke up and noticed my right breast had a hard,olive sized ball right below my nipple, when i squeezed,yellowy liquid came out. im only 14, is this normal? im on birth control. i dont know if that has anything to do with it though?
