Red streaks on my breasts

Hi, I have five months old baby and now I have red streaks on my breast. Is it relate to breastfeeding or it is manifestation of some other disease?

my right breast is really sore this morning

i woke up this morning thinking my right breast was just really full but its not and it hurts like a sharp pain similiar to being full but hurts more.its in the top right corner of it, im thinking my top was too tight lastnite and has blocked the milk ducts but im unsure.

erect nipples and bleeding

Negative pregnancy test, but no period and sore breasts.

I haven't had my period since the beginning of February. I haven't been sexually active since then. My breasts are sore and I have felt cramps like I would when my body naturally tells me my period is about to start for about a week or so now. I've taken two tests with the result being negative....
