I am a 18 year old male who is very self conscious about going swimming or taking off my shirt anywhere. I have no signs of an areola or color around my nipple like every other guy, and my nipples do not poke out except when I am really cold. What can I do to fix this and make me feel normal?

I had sex the other night, for the first time since November, and now (a couple days later) my areolas are kind of tender and puffy. I can't possibly be pregnant, we used a condom, so what is up with my boobs? My period is due any time soon, so is it something to do with that?
