Both of my Breast have been sore for 2 months?

I have had mirena for 3 years and 2 months ago my breast started feeling really tender and painful. I went to the dr and got bloodwork done for pregnancy and i wasn't. They didn't check my breast though. I dont get periods with the mirena so what could be causing the pain?

itchy breasts over sensitive nipples

For the past 4-6 months my breasts have been highly itchy and the past 2 weeks my nipples have been really sensitive! I have no idea what this is and I'm concerned due to my research that it may be cancer or pregnancy. Could anyone help give me some solid answers and calm my nerves?
