Sore Breast w/ discharge but not pregnant?!?!

Ive been having sore breast's for 4 weeks 1/2 all pregnancy tests are negative but one of my breast is enlarging and the other is same size. Theres like a brown discharge from my nipple. theres no other signs of pregnancy. Please need ur advice.

Stabbing Pains Under Left Breast

I'm 14. Never smoked, drank, or had sex. I've been having these stabbing pains under my left breast and cause about 10-20 minutes. I'll get them randomly and they hurt so badly i'll start crying. I'll rub the area but it never helps. I don't know what to do! please help?
