breast inflation before priods

im 35 and out of no were i got this  sharp shooting pain shooting through left breast and nipple only .please tell should i worry i have no money to go to doctor i just found out i have copd ,sleep apnea ,and tyroid problems all in same week ohh and copd is ashma related
