Negative pregnancy test, but no period and sore breasts.

I haven't had my period since the beginning of February. I haven't been sexually active since then. My breasts are sore and I have felt cramps like I would when my body naturally tells me my period is about to start for about a week or so now. I've taken two tests with the result being negative....
