Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) involves two lung diseases, chronic bronchitis and emphysema, that often coexist. Both diseases cause airflow obstructions and disrupt normal breathing. The quality of life of COPD sufferers decreases with time and quitting smoking is a must in order to improve the odds. COPD and loss of weight

How can I loss weight while I have COPD? I can't seem to exersice because I can't breath. Any ideas will really help me. I need to lose some weight so that I might breath a little bit easier, but I can't excersice because I can't breath. I feel like I'm in a catch 22. Thanks
