Driving after getting a cortisone injection

I am getting the injection in another town and l was wondering if there was any real problems about driving home. The injection will be in my shoulder and l would be driving for about an hour on a main highway before l get home. Is it safe to do?

I have great problem with seasonal allergies. I always have antihistamine in my purse. Fortunately, it has never happened to me to get really serious allergy attack. I wonder if I can be allergic to cortisone. As I know that it is part of the first aid. What do you think?
