removal of corn

I am going on Monday Jan 11/2010 to have a large corn removed on the ball of my foot. Anyone have any tips for me, i am not sure how i am going to walk and go to work after the corn is the size of a toonie. Wonder how bad the pain will be. Any help would be great

I lost about 12 kg in past year. I am very happy and I tend to lose some more. I am only unsatisfied with my buttocks. I want to do lift surgery of my buttocks, but I am afraid that will leave scars and marks and that I will look ridicules in bathing suit.
