buttock implantts

I had buttock implants placed in a sub-fascial position 2wks ago the fluid in my 2 drains is still about 35-40 in each drain in a 24hr period of time, my doc says this is normal 4 now and that when its under 20cc in a 24hr period of time they can be removed but it seems like there not going down...
