Stretchy clear discharge while on period?

I though i had started my peroid yesterday so today i used a tampon and when i took it out there was almost no blood on the tampon. but there was a really weird discharge all over it that was clear and extremely stretchy almost like glue or elastic. could this possibly mean im pregnant??
