I had consumption the day after my cycle ended; after two months of regular cycles, I miss my period

i had sex in october of last year the day after the last day of my cylce; had a regular period in November and in December now January I am feeling mild cramps in my lower pelvic area but no sign of monthly period or pregnancy! i'm concerned it could be something else! any advice

this month I got 18 days light bleeding but I did get the regular bleeding in this month
