Hey! I took ipill to be on the safer side the same day within 1 hour after a make out session with my boyfriend. After 3 weeks I got my periods but am bleeding too less. Should I be worried about pregnancy?

I took Plan B approximately around 5 hours after unprotected sex, he didn't cum in me, and now I am experiencing light bleeding, cramps in my lower abdomen, breast tenderness, and my back is sore. Could that be Plan B or is that a sign of pregnancy?
