Late period, but i took some acne medicine

I'm 14 and have been having sex with my boyfriend we have used condoms everytime and I'm almost positive non have broken. I'm a month late on my period. I've been taking acne medicine and that's the only thing I can think as to why I haven't started. I took a pregnacy test, it was negitive.
