Could I Be Pregnant?

Had sex pror t seven days of my periods then I need up having periods pain but from the Fallopian tubes up until during my periods days am only having thick milky white discharge and my signs of periods like breast getting bigger were there instead am having white discharge can I be pregnant

I have unprotected with my bf 9 days ago. My period is 3 days late. I pee a lot ,always hungry ,slight pain in lower stomach and back, swollen nipples and sore breast but test is negative? Please help he was my first (not my first time with him though)and I wasn't stressed til I was already late.
