I had my tubes tied almost 12 yrs ago and this is the first time that my period was not on time what is the possiblity of me being pregnant. I took a urine pregnancy test which I did vagley see the second line to say it was positive but unclear and I am scared what should i do next

i have the same symptoms of a pregnant lady but its only been two weeks since i had sex with my boyfriend i don't think i could be pregnant becuase i believe i can't.. you cant get symptoms two weeks and i'm not due for my period for another week and i cant stand this anymore i got cramps stomach...
