please help me with this am trying to get prgnant the past 4months but my periods are so confusing.

hallo, my fiance and i have been trying we get a baby but i dont know how to calculate my ovulation period. am so irregular sometimes i get my periods after 21,25,18 or at times after 15days. so am i likely to get pregnant 2-4 days after my periods? please advice. thank you. %-)
