Are qualitative blood pregnancy tests accurate?

I had a qualitative blood pregnancy test taken 11 weeks after possible conception which was negative alone with 6 negative home pregnancy tests. Could I still be pregnant? I have had 3 "periods" since the incident but they were very light. Thanks!
