After 1 month regular period, can be pregnant?

Actually I had a Protected sex with my bf in month of April that time I was in periods, that was the first day of my period in which I had sex... Till next three days we had sex. Next month in May I had my regular periods but after that in June and July I don't had my periods..I bit confused.....
