What physical activity is the best for diabetics?

Do young people with type1 diabetes need to go to psychotherapy?

My nephew is diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. He is still a teenager and I can’t imagine how terrible this is for him. He is very emotional and I would like to help him somehow. Do young people with this disease need to go to psychotherapy? What do you think about this?
