i was diagonised with lung cancer in 2006 i have'nt been well for a few weeks and have started to cough up black stuff and also when i go the toilet know my cancer is incurable just want to know what it is thank you

Hello My 16 month old son shows some of the symptoms but some are pain in the bones and joints & in the abdominal region. But how can you tell if they are in pain when you cant ask them??
