constantly tired

For a few years I have been constently tired and fatiuged. I can't sleep during the day and have trouble sleeping at night. I also get headaches most of the time and somtimes get dizzy. I had my iron levels checked and they are low but not anemic. Does anyone have any idea what could be going on?

After four years of Methadone for Pain Management, I have Detoxed off because it had rendered my Pituitary inactive in producing HL hormoane, it is not showing up on a lab. Endo said it was most likely the Narcotic. Are there ways to urge the Pituitary back ? fwappy

Dr. Says testerone level is too low.

I am a 51 year old female and have already gone throught menopause. I was told through a recorded message from my Dr. office that my testerone level is too low but was not given any advice. Is there a dietary or natural was to solve this? I don't like prescription meds. I have no other ailments.
