Post surgery diets and bowel movements

It is now Saturday. I had gall bladder removed Thursday afternoon. Surgery went OK. Post surgery I have eaten some foods, mostly liquids. I have yet to have a bowel movement. Prior to surgery I was diagnosed Celiac, and have Psoriasis...so I guess I would classify as one prone to autoimmune...

I've been getting these episodes where I get pain in my back on the inside where my lungs are at. I get them for about 30s-1m and then it goes away. They come and go. When I get them I can't really breath or do anything just sit or lay there till it goes away.

Had my gall bladder removed 5/20/08 (laproscopic). It's been a week, and I still have belching, pain in the shoulder blades, and an annoying pain in my throat. Sometimes I feel like gagging. I don't see my MD until this Friday. Is this normal?
