brief periods of unconciousness/possible heart stoppage in 59 yr old healthy male

Over the past 10 months he has had six episodes where he loses conciousness for 5 to 15 seconds. Episodes happen usually while he is at rest, often in front of the TV. Episodes always follow a visual anomaly - flashing light in upper corner of one eye, 5 to 12 hours before he loses consciousness....

I also have experienced this problem recently, unfortunately. I've always had a higher heart rate (usually 80-100, average around 90), I've seen several General Practitioners and Internists throughout the years. (I'm 30) I've worn a Holter monitor and had a resting EKG. Nothing has ever been found....

Blocked Coronary Veins Spasm

Can blocked coronary veins spasms cause angina pain? The veins branch off from the LAD Artery are 85-90% blocked. These veins are too smaill for stents, but I have had off and on jaw pain since my heart attack. The pain intensifies with emotional and physical stress. :-(
