Congestive Heart Failure with drugs, alcohol and heart medications

My friend is in conjestive heart failure for maybe 3-4 years now. He is a heavy drinker, smokes marijuana and is on a handful of heart and blood pressure medication. I know this isn't good but tell me about this scenario on his condition?

when i sit down or even stand up, my heart starts to beat fast and i feel so hot inside my chest

x-ray result showed that heart is not enlarged but Aorta is calcified
