Chest pains

Right now am I fine. But when I lay down to rest/sleep, I am having horrible. unbearable chest pains. The pain is in the center and is tight and stabbing, causing a headache. I can also feel what seems like my heart "fluttering". Should I be concerned and go to the ER? Thanks.
