Wierd lump in anus??

Hello, i am still young, and i didn't want to talk to my mom about this. My anus was real itchy, so i thought it may be pinworms or something. Then i got a mirror and i looked inside and i saw a bluish lump on the side!! Does anyone know what this could be???

Better Now

Well since my last post at the end of march i did change my diet around and cancelled my surgery. Now i take fiber twice a day and take 2 stool softners as well and that helped about 60 to 70% and then i had a banding in April and now im about 85% cured. Im scheduled for another banding next week...
