Sudden knee pain, what could be causing it?

I have been training for a half marathon and with 2 weeks to go suddenly have a pain on the outside of my knee. It suddenly appeared after reaching 9 miles on my latest run. I couldn't continue and even though the pain stopeed when I stopped running, it appears as soon as I start again. Any ideas?

Knee pain few hours after running?

A few hours after I run, the inside of my right knee bothers me, it goes away eventually but it makes step climbing tough. I didn't run today and it is fine. It goes away after about an hour or so. Don't take anything for it either. Thoughts?

Can floating on a noodle in a pool for hours cause a bruising to the sternum?

Can floating on a noodle in a pool for hours caused a bruising to the sternum? Hours after leaving the pool I had pain and thought it was indigestion but days later I am still feeling pain.  I am racking my brain to figure out how this happened.
